How long does it take to get my order?

Each item has it's own production time listed in the description usually around 7-10 business days, this does not include shipping. if you are using ground shipping it takes 4-6 business days.

Can I get my order Rushed?

On some items it is possible, you will have to call us or email us, and talk to a Representative to see if that is possible.

What is the set up charge?

the screen printing process requires a stencil to be made, a film positive of the artwork, burning the screen and various other tasks which take up a lot of time.

I need my items on x date, what do i do?

When you check out their is a place for In Hands Date, If you need it earlier than the in hands date, please contact us.

Is the yellow box when designing an item actually printed?

NO, the box just represents the max printing area
