1) How long does it take to get my order?

Each item has it's own production time listed in the description usually around 7-10 business days, this does not include shipping. if you are using ground shipping it takes 4-6 business days.

2)Can I get my order Rushed?

Please contact us regarding rush orders, we do not charge to rush order.

3)I have a Logo what do i do?

 Please email us the logo at info@getimprint.com with the item you want to put it on, we will let you know within 24hrs if it's possible

preferred formats: Vector files, eps, ai and most high resolution files

4)What is the set up charge?

the screen printing process requires a stencil to be made, a film positive of the artwork, burning the screen and various other tasks which take up a lot of time.

  5)Is the yellow box when designing an item actually printed?

NO, the box just represents the max printing area

 6)Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to US and Canada. Canadian customers may incur local duties and taxes.
